Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to participate in the referral program. Viral Concepts employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for commissions through this program.

Commission Payment
Commissions are calculated based on the total value of the referred customer’s first purchase, excluding taxes and additional fees. Payments will be made once the newly referred customer’s payment has been successfully processed.

Renewal Commissions
You are eligible to receive 5% commission on renewals for the first year after the referred customer’s initial purchase. If the customer does not renew, no additional commission will be earned.

Promotion Code Usage
Your Promotion code must be used at the time of the new customer’s first purchase for you to qualify for the commission. If the code is not applied, the sale will not be linked to your account, and no commission will be paid.

Fraud Prevention:
Viral Concepts reserves the right to withhold or reclaim commissions if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. This includes self-referrals, fake accounts, or other unethical behavior.

Termination:
Viral Concepts may terminate or suspend the referral program at any time, without prior notice. In the event of termination, any pending commissions will be processed and paid out.
